What Is a Prepper?

A lot of preppers have that attitude of it being like a mad max situation and I think that in that situation it's fine to kill who they've deemed their enemies for food. Another thing that I don't agree with is that preppers tend to prep in secret. Some really do know what they're doing. They really get it. But some just have like a bunch of money and they're just trying to spend it on all these fancy gadgets that they think are going to help them when the electricity goes out one morning when they wake up.
