Every step can truly matter when you're running a marathon or a half marathon. The efficiency of your running will ultimately translate into how much energy you have left in those later miles. It's not necessarily how much weight you're lifting that's the most important thingAbout what we're doing in the gim. But the most importantthing is having some resistance and getting good at the movements.
