The book is also really as a chapter on trust. And for mn of us, when we think of trust, we say, trust what? So this is starting to help us get clear about that trust. Because whatever, we all have a very powerful mind. We all have faith and trust. But really the question is, what are we putting our trust and faith in? If the ego is an unconscious, polif system, and we've been plugged into a bolice system of fear, then we, of course, had to raise it up into a winds and expose it to be free of it.
