How to Measure Engagement With OKRs

There's so much context that we don't have around how important is engagement compared to other OKRs. You know, I find it, and I could be wrong on this, but there are some shades of gray between not having this and having the fully robust version of this. There may be even a way to fake it and test it and see if it actually drives engagement, right? But again, it's an experiment, but you're just looking for some signals... Anything, anything, anything like that is helpful.
