The Public Private Key Is a Form of a Symmetric Inscription

A block cypher is a key that lets you incrypt, decryppt whole chunk. A stream cypher allows for crypting to be more on the fly. The hard part is how do we dynamically kind of send those keys? We're not even leaning to talk about noses.
