A member of our private Harmony Facebook group wants to help an elderly family member. She asks: Is there a way for her to write that we will recoup X amount when her home is eventually sold or somehow create an interest-free loan each time we give her funds where it is secured against the home? "I want to make sure that this is completely buttoned up," she says, asking whether having you as executor puts any of this in jeopardy.
