The Evolution of Immunoglobulins

Gerald Adelman got the Nobel Prize for immunology research way back about 50 years ago. When he first discovered that it became clear just a technical matter about immunoglobulins. And in fact, it's not even the whole of the sequence for the immunoglobulin. It actually neutralizes it by binding to it in a lock and key fashion. That's why late stage metastasis is actually very difficult to control by those processes.
