Nova scotia is the province of canada that wasn't always a part of canada. It was named for scotland because it reminded early settlers of scottish terain, right? As it does not have a ton of at least in the northern part of it, it gets pretty treeless. My parents lived in a city in utah, namely alpine. And it was exactly why, like, swiss settlers to utah were like, oh, this is the part that looks most like switzerland. I mean, i think seattle is further north than halifaxoh, really? So, yes.
