Clifford: I think 200 grams of carbohydrates is right around two to three grams per kg for you. You could, you could call that a ketogenic diet, but not a low carb diet just to make things really confusing for everyone. Cliff: A targeted approach of when you eat carbohydrates and then being somewhere in the range of 2 to 3 grams per kg is probably the most low carb I would go.
