Book of invasions is a history of the waves of different people that came to Ireland. The stories are thousands of years old, and have been passed down through 10,000 years of oral culture. Only in the past 20 years has genetic testing found out first arrivals were from Spain. This was one of the reasons why the Brits had an excuse to invade Ireland. It helped them civilise us by bringing Christianity more in line with Roman Christianity.
