The more i, ike, really just stuck with my healing and focused on myself, the more things that popped up that did cause me anger. So it is important to hit that milestone in in the grieving process. Don't be afraid of it. If you want to feel anger, but you don't feel it yet, that's ok. That's totally natural, especially if nothing dramatic happened. And if something dramatic did happen, im o're going to talk a little bit later on what to do once you are feeling those feelings.
