How to Quit Your Desk Job to Be Productive

I think the other thing is that Jordan and I, you know, we quit our desk jobs essentially to do this. And I think that part of the like challenge is building structure around the, like rebuilding the structure that we had in that desk job. So being able to get support on like building our team, understanding where there could be problems, trying things that don't work out, and ultimately knowing that there is a North Star of like having a team That really influenced my hopes in finding someone like Jacob who has been incredible.
