"Chief everything officer is that stage of business where we're still in charge of everything. And it's one thing to delegate tasks, but it's another to delegate responsibility," she says. "When you are the all seein question answerer, and you take pride in answering everyone's questions ... what is going to happen is people ping their question over to you, and then it's on your desk now." 'I had to be very deliberate telling my team, don't ask me questions. Make recommendations and give me a dead line,' he adds.
