Building for Sale Condominiums

The early part of our career which I defined as the first 15 years we had to do build for sale work. We have a pipeline with our flatbush project of about 900 units that'll come online over the next seven years. New York is one lawsuit for every part that you built so it's really shocking and scary fortunately that's not happened to us yet but we do have a goal to own the assets.
