She thinks he may have used his fifth amendment right to avoid incriminating himself, but once you know that you're a target, it's really a foolish lawyer that lets their clients say very much. Dougherty: The interesting question is, why did they want him and what might be at work? Sometimes you'll let somebody know thatyou're a target as an opener on negotiating a plea deal.
