How to Improve Mitochondria Health

There are a lot of strategies to improve mitochondrial health, but equally important and sometimes more important. We need to look at all of the factors that are impairing mitochondrial function or impairing metabolism. And so as an overarching theme, I'm a big fan of step one, identify all of the Factors in your life. This includes behaviors, environmental factors, any kind of physical or psychological stressors,. pills that you're taking, substances that you're using - make a list. Then also make a list of here are some strategies that I can employ to try to improve my metabolic and mitochondrial health.
