Is There a God in the Old Testament? I Don't Know.
There are multiple Psalms in the Old Testament Bible that are songs of praise, not to God, but of humans such as kings and other important persons. So if for a Protestant who thinks that singing a song of praise is what counts as worship, well, then there are idolatrous worship hymns in the Old testament to human beings. Right.
