Is Paper Mill Really a Good DevOps Tool?

Netflix is using notebooks as building blocks to manage their infrastructure. Paper mill will let you basically turn the variables at the top of the notebook into inputs. And then the variables atThe end of the notebook as outputs. So they're chaining these together for all sorts of crazy, crazy DevOps type things and it's very neat.
