The Doomsday Scenario for DeSantis
Rhonda Santas raised more than any candidate in the second quarter. He did spend $8 million and that's a 39% burn rate, but that is not the highest share in the field. Donald Trump actually had a 51% burn rate. So I just don't see the reason for concern for DeSantis. And if you pro rate what Rhonda Santas raise for the entire quarter, like if he had been raising at that pace for the entire month, he would have raised over 48 million.
