The Ecuadore Judgment Isn't All Good for Me
I worry about the upshot of all you've been through. I just think that there are a lot of lessons to be learned from this. And some of ar are positive, and some of them are pretty scary. It's unclear how all this is going to play out. I think the big loss is for our society. i mean, there was a private, corporate criminal prosecution that deprived a human rights lawyer of his liberty for almost three years on based on civil discovery order.
