Having a Team in the Event of an Emergency

i think there's a lot of value in having the setting aside some time at some point to sit down and create like sort of a matrix amongst the team of lake, here are the aras, areas of responsibility we each have. And thankfully, i had enoughof time to do that with my team prior to things escalating a for me which was really nice. It's good to know, as a member of a household, there are a lot of things that i don't think about a lot of the time because i know that those are handled by other people in this householda.
