Is There a Need for Specialty Requirements for Security Disclosure and Incident Reporting
The securities and exchange commission has voted to propose new rules for cypra security disclosure and incident reporting. There going to require material cyra security incidents to be reported. The definition of "materiality" is one of the vaguest legal terms that's impossible to sus out right? But i think more often than not, when you look at 99% of cases, the question is whether it would reasonably change behavior in a way that shareholders could benefit from.
