How to Manage Your Business With So Much Going On

I was stupid and naive to try to do all the things at once. I don't think that's like a path that most people should do. Most days I'm not even starting work until like 11 o'clock. And then mid afternoon I'll often like take some time to do something else if there's time on my calendar. But then I'll also be sort of working up until eight o'clock or something. So it all kind of blends together. He'd probably work about 40 to 60 hours a week in some form of fashion because he also put time in on the weekends, but it doesn't feel like that.
