It feels like he would just pick up where he left off, it's almost impossible to imagine. In fact, aven't said paul doesn't even seem to be waiting until he gets out of prison. He got in trouble recently for trying to open new call centers in the philippines from his cell. There is so much more absurd detail and craziness in that book than we could cover here.
