What Happens to the Low Enrich Uranium?

What happens to that low enrich uranium, which is well on its way to becoming weapons grade? And i believe that part of the deal is going to be it gets shipped to russia, and the russians get paid for it. But presumably the assurances that lavrof is talking about are somehow incapcilated in the text that they've got now - so don't know for sure. What should happen, and what i'm afraid won't happen, is that this all needs to be a submitted to the united states congress under existing law.
