I don't do a consultation. I invite them to a discovery call. And it's important to make the distinction because if you offer something, people are going to expect that you give them that. If they're inactive after a period of time, I move them to a different email sequence where we begin to see if they really want to stay.If they don't want to stay, then we remove them from our list so that we have a higher quality base of emails to market to and better deliverability rates.
