Stone Tape Theory

Sceptics say it's not a scientific theory, and more of a whimsical idea. The main issue for stone tape theory is that there is no measurable way to record, store, retrieve energy. Some believers even say that stone or rock maby they can capture memories through some sort of geo magnetics we don't know about. But the counter argument is that earth's magnetic field is not strong enough or precise enough to imprint a distinct sound or image into existing crystals. Another sceptical look at it is that several notoriously haunted places are on top of sigtes with no special mineral properties.
