These kind of drugs in particular work by blocking your body's production of a certain inflammation. White blood cells known as neutrifes, which help to fight body infections and play a key role in resolving pain, that theyre being affected by these pain killers. So when they block these neutrifils in mice, they find that it prolongs pain. And mice, even though you're like temporarily relieving the pain, if you're taking pain meant too often. The hypothesis is that maybe it's interacting with your body's own pain management, and in the long term, can have effect.
