Is Unreviewable Good News?

This episode, i think we have some good news, i hope. In 20 11, the ohio supreme court ruled in a case called wilson versus casokas. The maps were designed to make it so that in an average election at that level, republicans would either or would come very close to having two thirds super majorities in both state houses. So this is not a state where republicans were able to engineer count of a permanent, structural take over despite razor thin majorities.
