The political parties have to get back to the election commission on this whole proposal by January 31st that is the end of this month. How will the model code of conduct work out? One of the two public sector units which manufacture GVMs as three directors on its board which are from the ruling party in the center. So there are a lot of deeper issues. The thought issue I want to raise is that some people claim that this RVM system will never be brought into action. It has been raised so that the existing issues about the existing UVM and VVPAT system are what behind and people forget about it. If there is any truth to that this would be very tragic and
