Is God Omniscient?

Christians generally agree that god is omniscient, at least in that way. But where the controversy comes is with these numerous biblical passages that depict god as if he knows the future in exhaustive detail. I think there's a biblical warrant for both of these claims. The claim that god knows every thing is non controversial. And i think these texts do teach that he knows thefuture in exhaustive detail and also grants creatures libertyry and freedom. To have all these predictions made directly to free creatures would require him to know the future through dreams or visions. That seems to entail a strong conception of foreknowledge.
