It's an absolute honour and privilege to be here today to present this updated systematic review with Bayesian meta-analysis that includes the sudeku study results. I need to acknowledge the team that made this happen in a very short timeframe, with particular thanks to Anthony Delaney and Gianna Kuditano for all your mentorship and leadership throughout this whole process. So, what did we do? Our clinical research question was, in adult, mechanically ventilated patients, does selective digestive decontamination with or without IV antibiotics, compared to standard care or placebo,. We chose to include randomised controlled trials and cluster and crossover RCTs. There were a total of 24,389
