I think I think it speaks to these histories of like the way that we write and how what we write inspires other people to write something beautiful. The person who actually really got me thinking about mentorship was Andrew Warner, who is here as well. It was just such a clear, like, cool, you have arrived at a point in your career where you now are accountable to build capacity and build platforms for others. But writing a book like this also feels to me like permission,. Because I read other books that gave me permission to do something that felt scary and kind of impossible.
