There's some evidence suggesting that, you know, there could be a positive effect on weight loss. Other evidence suggests that the effects seem to be a little bit mixed. With any type of mindfulness intervention, the implementation is really key. So in general, it looks like mindful eating could possibly facilitate weight loss but probably is not going to cause a lot of weight loss on its own in the majority of cases.
