The customer service, I think, is yet to be, I think it's a hugely untapped opportunity. But only when you understand how your product's worth is live on platform and how people use them. So TikTok has become an engagement platform by which social and digital channels have not yet evolved. And so the customer relationship as a result of that should be something everybody picks up and runs with.
