Paul Holes has never been to New England, but he is very interested in this case and the history behind it. Bathsheba Ruggles Spooner was a well-known figure in New England leading up to the American Revolutionary War. She grew up with a luxurious upbringing; she's described as 'beautiful' We don't have photographs, but just someone who seemed to have entitlement and a certain amount of wealth because of her father.
