I was dissatisfied with the treatment of consciousness and experience in social science, which is that it has no role at all. And I just think that's fundamentally wrong and disempowering. If we actually had the belief in non-locality, I suspect that that would greatly enhance our psychic abilities. My understanding is that in Australia, the Aboriginal indigenous people have always claimed to be able to communicate over long distances.
