Carbon Pricing and Border Adjustment
Global average carbon prices around ar five dollars right now. The reason why the global average is only five is because over three quarters of global initials are not axed or priced at all. There is no mechanism of border adjustment in place to day, which makes sure that there is a level plane field across countries. A good border adjustment mechanism is the first key foundation to have better coordination between carbon prices globally and then i do think that the major global economist should coordinate on a path toward consistent carbon price.
