The Cost of Fixing Something

UX is an utterly wasted term on them. We're explaining energy, selling something to these people who are miles away from understanding or caring about understanding it. It's just another wolf in sheep's clothing. Inventing new terms to describe something that already exists and connecting back to the therapeutical side of things. This draft blog plus is UX just for big business. I'm not convinced it's needed as a marketing phrase for all sizes of business from big to small.
