i run a tasmota back up a image, acaoit goes and aimacly backs up my tasmoda devices. If the doctor container dies, anthing spins up automatically. And i g on a second host. Aye, if the container becomes unhealthy or dies off or something, it will spit it back. I think you've get a running docker which is specaly all of us here.
