I think that if people try and hold on to too many things and keep piling on and on and on, that's when you're not in a good place, right? Yes. That is just invaluable advice of just that ability to identify and let go, because it, it becomes a big part of your identity. And yfor me, it was just stop doing the planch because i ticked it off in my own mind. I shelved the planch and ye pursued other strenk stuff, right? Man. It's a having is a necessary process for for everyone to go through in their training.
