Getting My Ankle Back to a 100 %
I was noticeably limping. My pace slowed way down. Ankle wasn't good. And at that point i thought, you know, i need to really just get this thing under wraps. If i want a kind of keep racing, can't be going into races where a minor little alteration, like stepping on a ge, is going to aggravate my ankle. Thich is not a sustainable, long term approach. I'm 36, so i have a lot ofa, what i think, a energy and potential to keep racing for years to come.
