Is Italy a Refugee Crisis?

Lizzo played a 200 year old crystal flute, which had never been played. The government of Italy is kind of designed to be so completely dysfunctional that even though she's prime minister, she can't really do anything bad. A lot of their political party stands as the idea of refugees are coming to Italy.
