Get-in Focus Routine

The get-in focus routine helps people go from that space of sitting on your couch to actually getting work done. It's an negotiation because what happens often is people say, well, I tried this thing and then I did it for two hours. So we're not doing that anymore. The next step is to sort of swap your dopamine down a level and change to turn off any distractions. This is kind of a big step because it helps with the working memory. And while you're listening to that podcast or listening to that music, take the time to write down on a little piece of paper.
