Is There an Emergency?

I spoke to some of the local politicians in the Northwest today. They are genuinely upset about their constituents. This isn't a situation where, oh, you might... You know, you can do this or that. There's no instructions. People are going to lose their homes and they might have to move in with other family members. We don't have emergency accommodation. We've very little left. And there are no rental properties. Very few. It's very serious. The reality is that any time you interact and interfere in a market, it does have consequences. That's actually just a fact."
