How to Set Yourself a New Goal

If a goal doesn't serve you anymore the worst place you can be in is feeling still very committed and attached to the goal but not even working toward it anymore. You could potentially find another avenue that meets that same need or that same drive that's more achievable so I would sort of start out with a clean out of your goals look through them write them down uh and decide whether they're all still important then when you're really bolstering a goal I would really only pick one or two at a time.
