The journey to get here has been super interesting, very fulfilling and also very challenging, right? Because building an AI first or AI based product takes a lot more than just integrating AI technology. I think when you move from solving problems from a deterministic to a probabilistic approach, that comes with trade offs, right? because you don't have full predictability in terms of the behaviors of the system. So the product and even all the way to the UX that you need to build on top needs to be compatible with a Probabilistic paradigm.
