In 2012, Cherise Francis took her last breath in her Jamaican parents after she was tackled by four police officers. In 2013, Miriam Carey, a black woman with postpartum psychosis, was killed by police officers after driving her car and so restricted area near the White House. Daniel Prude was pinned to the ground and died of his fixation after the police stopped him as he ran naked through the streets of Rochester. Walter Wallace Jr. was gunned down in Philadelphia while his wife tried to stop the cops by telling them he was mental.
