The Magic of Concierge MVP

The concept of concierge MVP, also known as the Wizard of Oz MVP, essentially presents the facade of a service. There's typically a landing page that promises a product or service and a sign up page. And then the entire service behind the scene is humans. We use... we at Neo, where I work, used to be pretty crappy at it and kind of wield it haphazardly. But what we've learned is over time by trying it and learning. We've learned when it's appropriate, we've learned how to do it better.
