Release the Emotions in Your Body

I think a lot of people are feeling anxious. You've got to literally be able to let go of tension. Biting the jaw, clenching the toes, tension the stomach. And when we let go of all of this, what happens is we don't hold onto the emotions that are in our body. They get to rise to the surface because we stop holding onto them. It's like keeping them down in the water. In the moment we stop keeping them down, they'll naturally float up to the top. We are actually experiencing emotions that we just haven't experienced before.
